Indigenous Embera and Wounaan sign agreement with Unicef

SOCIETY. About 18 communities of the Embera and Wounaan Darien Province signed the "Declaration of the Regions Friends of Children" with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF, for its acronym in English).

The aim of the agreement is to establish a roadmap to fight poverty and improve health and education.

The intention is that children are benefiting most.
