The Kuna Indians of San Blas Kuna Yala Panama and their magnificient Molas

Welcome!!!

Mola Art and Craft started with the idea of sharing this exquisite textiles from the remote Islands of San Blas with all our customers.

During my several buying trips back to my country "Panama" and by collecting-selling the molas, all this activity has resulted on enduring friendship with many of my kuna suppliers and younger Kuna friends.

Mola Art and Craft seeks out for the finest handcrafted molas by some of the most talented artisan in San Blas, Kuna Yala.

The Kunas are no different than any of us. Through the sale of these molas they look for financial security, a better education and life for their children's and to be able to solve all their daily needs.

Here in my website you will learn more about the Kunas, their Culture and traditions. There is also a Kuna Book for sell here in my site.

My goal is to help everyone enjoy creativity and I hope to add fun in all our customer's life with products that are a pleasure to own and/or to create different craft/sewing projects.

I completely enjoy the process of creating things, but sharing with others is more satisfying.

I sincerely hope that you appreciate this indigenous art as much as I do.
